Concentric butterfly valve loose liner
Centric butterfly valve with loose liner - wafer type, lug type, and U-section with flanges
AVK provide wide range of loose liner butterfly valves in wafer, lug, and U-section in sizes DN25-1600 with broad selection of disc and liner materials. Butterfly valves are available with lever, gearbox, electrical or pneumatic actuators.
The replaceable liner is made of highly durable material. Its tight fit with the shaft is guaranteed by its convex shape and integrated lip sealings in the shaft channel. Additionally, the distinctive design guarantees a secure hold against the body, preventing any relative liner displacement while the machine is operating. Installation between flanges is made simple by the integrated gasket faces.
Design features of AVK centric butterfly valve with loose liner

When do we use a centric loose liner butterfly valves?
For installations above ground when replacement and maintenance are more easy, loose liner butterfly valves are often an affordable option. The design allows for a greater selection of liner materials and allows for liner replacement without requiring a complete valve replacement.
There are several uses for the centric butterfly valve with loose liner in the applications of water supply and wastewater treatment, as well as for industrial water applications.
